Refund policy
At Pouch & Prose, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return:
- The return or exchange must be requested within 10 days of the date your order was delivered.
- Items must be unused and undamaged.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, when applicable.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Pouch & Prose.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Lost/Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost/stolen after they are confirmed delivered. If you feel like your mail area is not safe for delivery, please choose an alternative address. Shipping labels are generated from the address you enter in your account information. We are not responsible if packages are delivered incorrectly due to the address being wrong. Please check the shipping address entered in your profile.
Starting a Return
Before sending an item back, please contact Pouch & Prose at info@pouchandprose.com with your order number and reason for the return.
