Refund Policy – Pouch and Prose

At Pouch and Prose, we want you to love your journals and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order
  
• To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@pouchandprose.com before returning the item.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
